Music
A mixture of various musical currents that denote not only the proximity to jazz but also to classical music. Leonardo Franceschini after graduating from the Masters at the Vicenza Conservatory decided to undertake an artistic research at the prestigious CODARTS. Here he researches the concept of counterpoint and polyphony applied to the jazz guitar starting from the music of the first part of the 20th century.
At the same time, he continues his research in the field of electronics, trying to enhance both the electric and classical guitars, and to discover a new voice for the instrument. The artist's music cannot simply be traced back to European jazz, classical or experimental music. In my personal conception, I find it increasingly difficult to identify myself in a defined context or as a simple intersection of genres. Therefore, considering that it is complex to label and limit music, I can define myself as a contemporary guitarist.

My music is a reflection of the many influences I have encountered in my artistic journey, and through the intersection of different musical traditions, I try to create a unique and personal language. My research continues to push the boundaries of musical convention, embracing experimentation and innovation as key elements of my artistic expression.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with talented musicians and performing in various parts of the world, bringing my music to different audiences and discovering new nuances in each experience.

FLORA EP
The project, led by Leonardo Franceschini, has been active for several years and offers original compositions, arrangements and pieces by other composers influenced both by the jazz matrix but also by the classical and Italian music component.
Flora is the new chapter of this creative space, a project that sees the enhancement of nature at its core. The repertoire is centered on 6 compositions by the guitarist dedicated to plants and flowers. The concerto wants to be a tribute to nature and its enhancement.
The jazz-derived group experiments with electro-acoustic sounds and focuses on enhancing sound research and communication between individual musicians through interplay. Within the performance, the game of creating a new expressive path is emphasized, leaving ample space for individual musicians and aiming at collective creation based on the formation called. The characterization of the group occurs through the presence of the electric and electronic guitar and the classical guitar which offers an acoustic and introspective impact.
